Simplify downloading podcasts with getpodcast

Installation

• Linux:

  $ python3 -m pip install --user getpodcast

• Windows:

  > py -3 -m pip install --user getpodcast

Getting started

• Create a new file mypodcast.py:

  #! /usr/bin/env python3
  
  import getpodcast
  
  opt = getpodcast.options(
      date_from='2019-07-07',
      root_dir='./podcast')
  
  podcasts = {
      "SGU": "https://feed.theskepticsguide.org/feed/sgu"
  }
  
  getpodcast.getpodcast(podcasts, opt)

• Download podcasts:

  python3 mypodcast.py --run

• Setup cronjob to download once a day:
