globalarrays: Global Arrays Toolkit

globalarrays

A Python package that contains the Global Arrays Toolkit shared libraries. The library will be compiled during the installation process. It cannot be imported directly in Python.

Python access to the library will be ensured by the miniga4py package if installed.

globalarrays has been developed to be used in LARGE.

Install the package

pip3 install globalarrays

Or download the whole repository:

git clone https://bitbucket.org/bvidmar/globalarrays

and then

cd globalarrays

and install as preferred:

  • python3 setup.py install
  • pip3 install

This is beta code, use at your own risk.
