This is a Python implementation of Skroutz’s Ruby Greek stemmer.
To use simply do:
>>> from greek_stemmer import GreekStemmer
>>> stemmer = GreekStemmer()
>>> stemmer.stem('ΘΑΛΑΣΣΑ')
