GTK Google Tasks: gtk-gtasks
GTK Tasks is a python application which wraps the Google Tasks Web Application.
NOTE: THIS APPLICATION IS NOT OFFICIALLY NOR RELATED TO NOR ENDORSED BY GOOGLE, IT IS JUST A WEBVIEW TO A WEBSITE.

Installation
- Install from PyPi:
python3 -m pip install gtk_gtasks
- (Optional) To add
gtk-tasks
to your applications list on Linux, you need to install a.desktop
file. To do so, you can right click on the app and then selectInstall/Uninstall
, as shown in the figure below. Do not right click on an item or theInstall/Uninstall
menu item will not show.
Usage
gtk-gtasks
Removal / Log Out
If you want to uninstall this application, remember to uninstall the .desktop
file first by using the Install/Uninstall
feature previously described in the Installation chapter of this document.
Thereafter, remove the data associated to the program:
rm -rf ~/.local/share/gtk_gtasks/
Finally, uninstall the python package:
python3 -m pip uninstall gtk_gtasks
