How to install Python 3.6+ on Ubuntu 18.04+ and CentOS 7?

Ubuntu 18.04+

sudo apt install python3 python3-pip

CentOS 7

sudo yum install python3 python3-pip

Installing from PyPI

python3 -m pip install --user --upgrade haoda

Installing from Source

python3 setup.py install --user

Installing for Development

python3 -m pip install --editable .
