HiPSCat import - generate HiPSCat-partitioned catalogs

For more information on the HiPSCat format, see the repo

Installation

$ git clone https://github.com/astronomy-commons/hipscat-import
$ cd hipscat-import
$ pip install -e .

Installing dev dependencies on Mac

$ pip install -e '.[dev]'

(Make sure to include the single quotes)
