ibm-cos-sdk-python-core

A low-level interface to IBM Cloud Object Storage based on the ``botocore`` package. This
core package is the foundation for the
`ibm-cos-sdk-python <https://github.com/ibm/ibm-cos-sdk-core>`__ package.
