Advanced framework for informational genomics in python3
This library collects a list of useful methods to solve informational genomic problems. Please use the command "pip install genomics" to install the library. To use the library you have to type import genomics in the python3 shell and then you can use all the methods typing genomics.methodName. Use dir(genomics) to have a list of all the methods of the library and use the function "help(method)" for a detailed description.
