Invenio module for previewing files.
This is an experimental developer preview release.

Detects encoding of zipped filenames before attempting to preview.
Handles a wider variety of files than Python’s csv module can’t support (e.g. unsupported Unicode characters and encodings).
Properly handles invalid zipfiles.
