IPython extension for interacting with Slurm Workload Manager from Jupyter.

Getting started

Install using pip install ipyslurm or conda install -c conda-forge ipyslurm.

See tutorial notebook for basic usage.

Magic commands

Line magics: sbatch, slogin, slogout, sshell
Cell magics: sbash, sbatch, sftp, swritefile

Use ? to get help on individual commands.
