an unoffical Georgia Tech theme for JupyterLab 3

pip install jupyterlab-gt-coar-theme

After launching JupyterLab, in the Main Menu, select one of the GT COAR themes from the Settings menu

pip uninstall jupyterlab-gt-coar-theme
