Installation
You can install keggpathway2genes via pip:
$ pip install keggpathway2genes
Usage
Extract gene entries for a specific wikipathway.
usage: $ keggpathway2genes [-h] -kp KEGGpathway-ID
Examples
Extract gene entries for the KEGG pathway Apoptosis (hsa04210):
$ keggpathway2genes -kp hsa04210
A tab-separated file will be written out
