A kinetic Monte Carlo code to simulate exciton dynamics

Requirements

  • Python 2.7.x/3.2+

  • numpy

  • scipy

  • matplotlib

  • networkx

  • h5py

  • pygraphviz (which requires graphviz-dev library) [optional]
