Vizualization plugin for koopa image analysis
This napari plugin was generated with Cookiecutter using @napari's [cookiecutter-napari-plugin] template.
TODO
- Add visualization support for 2D/3D colocalization
- Add option to view alignment step
- Add documentation on formatting and limitations
Installation
You can install koopa-viz via pip:
pip install koopa-viz
To install latest development version :
pip install git+https://github.com/bbquercus/koopa-viz.git
