Второе задание
Программа принимает на вход текст text (обязательный параметр) и число count (необязательный, default=1). Затем текст выводится count раз, в каждой строке по "номер строки" раз.
Например python -m kotikikruto2 --text "a" -- count 4.
Результат программы:
a
aa
aaa
aaaa
