Python 3 Life Sciences utilities (pylifesci)
This repo contains python3 bioinformatics utilities.
Installation
This package is available on PyPI.
pip3 install lifesci
Alternatively, the package can be installed from source.
git clone https://github.com/bmmalone/pylifesci
cd pylifesci
pip3 install .
(The "period" at the end is required.)
Usage
Please see the documentation for usage details.
Uninstallation
The lifesci package can be removed with pip.
pip3 uninstall lifesci
