Automatic placement of labels in a plot.

This module has functions for automatic placement of labels in a plot, without the labels overlapping each other. It is useful for plots showing features in a spectrum, for example. This is an implementation of the “lineid_plot.pro” module available in the IDLAstro IDL library, in Python.

Install the module using pip install lineid_plot or easy_install lineid_plot.
