Installation
Run the following to install: pip install magcluster
General Usage
Magnetosome gene annotation:
$ magcluster maga XXX.fa
Magnetosome gene screen:
$ magcluster magsc XXX.faa XXX.gbk
Magnetosome gene cluster mapping:
$ magcluster magm XXX_screened.gbk
