MARCIA - MAsking spectRosCopIc dAtacube

Classification is achieved by defining masks that are linear combination of elemental intensities in spectra.
Classes can then be extracted and read with hyperspy or PyMca or Esprit

Just do

pip install marcia

from marcia.mask import Mask
