memly
Memly is a membrane analysis tool for molecular dynamics simulations of lipid bilayers. Memly offers the following features:
- Frame-by-frame leaflet identification can capture lipid flip-flop
- Easily extensible design makes it simple to add or customize analysis functions
Current analysis metrics:
- Surface area per lipid
- Area compressibility modulus
- Second-rank nematic order parameters
- Bilayer thickness
