### Installation ###

MHCnuggets is pip installable as: `bash pip install mhcnuggets `

Required pacakges:

• numpy

• scipy

• scikit-learn

• tensorflow

• keras

You might want to check if the Keras backend is configured to use the Tensforflow backend.
