Package for parsing a Tracefinder file containing processed Mass Spectrometry data
Project description
MS_Reader is a package for parsing and rearranging data originating from ThermoFisher’s Tracefinder software for Mass Spectrometry data processing.
It is currently in it’s beta phase, and will be integrated in the future in the OmniQuant tool developped on the MetaToul Platform.
The code is open-source, and available on GitHub under a GPLv3 license.
