Tools for MS-based proteomics

Project description

This repository contains some hopefully useful tools for mass spectrometry applied to proteomics. Specifically, it contains

  • the TRIC alignment tool

  • the TAPIR visualization software (available in ./)

  • the MS Proteomics Tools Library (available in ./)

  • a set of executables and scripts (available under ./analysis)

Install

Basic install can be performed with

pip install msproteomicstools
