napari-isbem
A napari plugin to enable targeted imaging in SBEMimage. Read the documentation for more information.
Installation
You can install napari-isbem directly from the repository with:
pip install git+https://github.com/FrancisCrickInstitute/napari-isbem
More detailed instructions can be seen in the documentation.

Contributions are very welcome. Tests can be run with tox, please ensure the coverage at least stays the same before you submit a pull request.
