Project description
This is a decommissioned napari plugin. The code has been moved to napari-segment-blobs-and-things-with-membranes.
You can still install this plugin to napari as described below. It was last tested with napari 0.4.11.

This napari plugin was generated with Cookiecutter using with @napari's cookiecutter-napari-plugin template.
Installation
You can install napari-manual-split-and-merge-labels via pip:
pip install napari-manual-split-and-merge-labels==0.1.3
Contributing
Contributions are very welcome. Tests can be run with tox, please ensure the coverage at least stays the same before you submit a pull request.
