Nautobot UUID Lookup Plugin

Simple to redirect existing UUIDs to the according object pages. Queries all nautobot BaseModelss. Fails if the models have no get_absolute_url method.

Usage: https://your-nautobot-instance.com/plugins/uuid/YOUR-UUID-HERE
