Fast_QC: fastp, fastqc bamqc: qualimap vcfqc:
Description
three files type: fastq, bam and vcf, we need to use different tools to analysis the quality of files. Fast_QC: it is used to analysis fastq file, include fastp and fastqc bamqc: it is used to analysis bam file, include qualimap vcfqc: it is used to analysis vcf file, include ourseves script.
