My purpose nifti 2 png converter

This is a personal nifti 2 png converter. This is a helper to quickly view a lot of nifti files by converting them to png.

pip install nifti2png

It takes two arguments:

nifti2png --dir <input directory of nifti files (recursively)> --out <output directory where the pngs should be stored>
