- superuser：（nb内置参数）你的qq号
说明
指令
- .send+内容：将内容发送给superuser，superuser会收到包含发送时间、发送群、发送者昵称、发送内容的信息。
- .notice+内容：（仅限superuser私聊）bot会向所有加入的群聊广播内容，每次发送有5sCD。
