Installation
Install from the Python package index (the FFTW extra enables fast Fourer transforms with PyFFTW):
pip install nrefocus[FFTW]
or clone the repository and run:
pip install -e .[FFTW]
Testing
Testing is done with pytest:
pip install pytest pytest tests
