A python package and command-line tools to A command-line data-reduction pipeline for the NTT EFOSC and SOFI instruments.

Installation

The easiest way to install nttpipeline is to use pip:

bash pip install nttpipeline

Or you can clone this repo and install from a local version of the code:

bash git clone [e-mail]:thespacedoctor/nttpipeline.git cd nttpipeline python setup.py install

Development

If you want to tinker with the code, then install in development mode. This means you can modify the code from your cloned repo:

bash git clone [e-mail]:thespacedoctor/nttpipeline.git cd nttpipeline python setup.py develop
