Welcome to NxRepair,! NxRepair is an automated error detection tool for use with de novo assemblies from Nextera mate pair data.

To get started, here’s how to use NxRepair (more details, caveats and options in the tutorial):
python nxrepair.py aligned_matepairs.bam assemblyfasta.fasta error_locations.csv new_fasta.fasta
