Execute the given command over gRPC in Open Command Platform (ocomp).
This can be also used to run the ocomp commands from command console.
For CLI mode
Setup the following environment variables, before using this sdk. OPEN_CLI_MODE - It can operate in two mode. CLI or RPC
For RPC mode
OPEN_CLI_REQUEST_ID - Request UUID. If not set, sdk will initialize to random uuid-4
OPEN_CLI_RPC_HOST - OCOMP gRPC server IP
OPEN_CLI_RPC_PORT - OCOMP gRPC server port
