Project Task Stage Portal Visibility

This module allows to hide tasks for portal users depending on the task’s stage.

Installation

To install this module, you need to:

1. Only install

Configuration

To configure this module, you need to:

1. Go to Project > Configuration > Task Stages.

2. Activate the “View In Portal” option in the Task Stage form view in order to make the tasks in that stage visible to portal users.

Usage

To use this module, you need to:

1. The “View In Portal” option in Task Stages is disabled by default, which means that portal users will be unable to see any task in portal until the “View In Portal” option is activated in one or more Task Stages.

2. It is important to keep in mind that this module adds a new condition to the standard tasks access rule for portal users: even if the Task Stage has the “View In Portal” option activated, portal users will only be able to view the tasks if they belong to the followers list of the project or the the followers list of the task.
