On sale confirmation remove lines with zero quantities

Upon confirming a sales order remove any sales order lines that have zero quantities.

Configuration

To enable this feature you need to:

1. Go to Sale > Settings > Quotation & Orders.

2. Check Automatic Removal of Zero Quantity Lines
