Add the hierarchicalCategories field in the product index required for faceting

Alpha License: AGPL-3 shopinvader/odoo-shopinvader

This module restore the hierarchicalCategories attribute into the json info put in the ElasticSearch/OpenSearch index. This attribute is used to build facets for the product’s categories.
