ODOO helpdesk customizations for social cooperatives. In this module we want to move our desk cards between stages with timming conditions.

We need to be able to define a definitive automatic moving of a ticket.

No configuration needed for this module.

Usage

To use this module, you need to go to Helpdesk -> Configuration -> Stages and activate the “Auto Move” checkbox in the stage you want its tickets to be automatically moved to the next stage.

Known issues / Roadmap

There are no issues for the moment.
