Create CRM Leads from Helpdesk Tickets

This module extends the functionality of the Helpdesk by allowing users to convert a Helpdesk Ticket into a CRM Lead. This can be particularly useful when a customer contacts your company with an issue that represents a potential business opportunity.

By converting the ticket into a lead, you can track and manage this opportunity through the sales pipeline.

Configuration

No specific configuration is required for this module. It will work out-of-the-box with your existing Helpdesk and CRM configurations.

Usage

To use this module, you need to:

  1. Go to Helpdesk > Tickets

  2. Open a ticket that you believe has the potential to turn into a business opportunity

  3. Click on the “Convert to Lead” button available in the action menu of the ticket

  4. The system will create a new lead associated with the customer from the ticket, and you will be redirected to the newly created lead

  5. You can now manage this lead through the sales pipeline as you would with any other lead

Known issues / Roadmap

There are no known issues at the moment.
