Extend invoice to add ISR/QR payment slip

This module changes the invoice report by including the payment slip and the invoice detail in the same pdf file.

This change is effective:

• On the protal view when downloading the invoice.

• On the email attachment when sending the invoice.

The option of including the QR payment slip can be toggled in the settings.

Usage

Print report using one of 3 additional print actions in Accounting Define which reports will be printed using the new settings added into accounting res settings
