Allows to restrict the analytic accounts that can be used in timesheets

Hr Timesheet Sheet Restrict Analytic

This module allows to define what analytic accounts should be used by employees when they complete their timesheets.

Usage

Define the Analytic Accounts

  1. Make sure that your user is assigned to the group ‘Technical Settings / Analytic Accounting’.

  2. Go to Accounting - Configuration - Analytic Accounting and open an analytic account. Press the checkbox ‘Use in Timesheets’.

Complete your Timesheets

  • Go to Timesheets - Weekly or Timesheets - My Timesheets. The dropdown list of analytic accounts will only display those that you defined as ‘Use in Timesheets’.
