OpenTelemetry Semantic Conventions extensions for gen-AI applications
This is an extension of the standard OpenTelemetry Semantic Conventions for gen AI applications. It defines additional attributes for spans that are useful for debugging and monitoring prompts, completions, token usage, etc.
