oracle tools for development..... in anad labo
- the situation cx\_Oracle can not be installed
- must be using sqlPlus
Installation
------------

pip install oracler
Usage
-----

python -m oracler
... edit config file: oracler_conf.yaml
... invoke again
python -m oracler
... the result will print out on STD-OUT and out.txt on default
not yet edit
