Multi-dataset crystallographic analyses

To install, simply run
> /path/to/python setup.py install
##############################################
To install the minimal set of scripts, run with the "--for-ccp4" flag
To install with a custom copy of python (e.g. cctbx.python) pass "--python cctbx.python" as part of the command. The default python command is "ccp4-python", regardless of the python that is used to run the setup.py script.
