To install, simply run
> /path/to/python setup.py install

After installing:
To run within ccp4, you will then need to run
> pandda.configure_ccp4
There is currently no other configure script for other pythons. These will be added shortly (developers will be able to edit the pandda.configure_ccp4 script).
