email payment method for PCommerce

Introduction
pcommerce.email is deprectated and only works with pcommerce <= 0.4. A payment plugin providing the same functionality is available for pcommerce.core > 0.4 named pcommerce.payment.invoice.
pcommerce.email provides a payment method for PCommerce, which simply sends an email to administrator containing the billing address.
