Execute simple recipes to test small things

Petit-recipe-executor

Easely test the uptome of your apps, like other uptime apps but with more powerful feature and more powerful recipes

Move args binding to recipe itself to be able to execute multiple recipe on same executor
Allow to define functions as a combination of base function in yaml for better dev
Allow to export and import previously defined steps
Add unit tests
