Class based interface to the Pico (Omega) PT-104 RTD DAQ Module

Linux installation: 1. Install libusb104 following

Ubuntu 18.04:

sudo bash -c 'echo "deb picoscope main" >/etc/apt/sources.list.d/picoscope.list'
wget -O - | sudo apt-key add -
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install libusbpt104
  1. Install this package:

    sudo pip3 install


from PT104 import PT104, Channels, DataTypes, Wires
unit = PT104()
unit.set_channel(Channels.CHANNEL_1, DataTypes.PT100, Wires.WIRES_4)
value = unit.get_value_channel_1
if value:
    print('CH1: %1.3f'%value)
