Compatibility modules, bridging PIL -> Pillow

pillow has modules named PIL.Image*. PIL has them as Image.*.
This is a package which shims between the two.
Run `materialise.py` to generate the Image* modules in source, and `setup.py`
can then generate your wheel or sdist.
