Pipemake

Pipemake is a lightweight, flexible, and easy-to-use tool for creating and managing Snakemake pipelines. It was designed with two primary goals:

1. Provide a collection of pre-built and easy to modify bioinformatic pipelines with an enphasis on genomics and social behavior analysis

2. Provide a user-friendly interface for creating and managing pipelines with minimal programming experience
