Simple pooled multiprocessing

more_multiprocessing

Creating multiprocessing process is high cost, it takes 300ms~500ms.
So we pre-create processes, it's very fast.
Install

pip install git+http://github.com/namuyan/pooled_multiprocessing
# or
pip install pooled_multiprocessing
```
